When this yarn arrived I struggled to find a name for it. On opening the box and touching this yarn many words came to mind, some not suitable for sensitive souls. With the help of a few good friends we finally settled on "Whisper" because the mohair in this yarn is soft as a whisper and gives a wonderful halo while the Shantung Silk in the middle gives a soft lustre. This is a truly luxurious yarn so treat yourself to some! It comes on 50 gram hanks of 500 metres (so 1000 metres to 100 grams). Perfect for that lighter-than-air shawl or go crazy and knit yourself a weightless yet warm sweater. Because it is a quite fluffy mohair you can use larger needles for a quick knit. I would recommend a needle size 3-4 mm for this yarn. Be safe and make a swatch in various needle sizes to determine which one gives you the look and feel you want.
